1. A-petit family restaurant
Our favourite. The cosy family restaurant A-petit has something to offer everyone. The menu is varied, of course tasty and above all filling. The ambience is cosy and quiet - it fits. A great choice for breakfast or a relaxing dinner. We recommend trying their hearty breakfast sandwiches and fish platters - the sea bass fillet is one of the better choices.
Prices are average. A particularly filling lunch can cost €10-20 per person.

4. Café - music club "Vandenis"
Cafe "Vandenis" in Palanga is a place that offers a relaxing daytime break at affordable prices and classic food that will appeal to a wide audience. This place is one of the main answers to the question of where to eat in Palanga. However, it is worth noting that Vandenis comes alive in the evenings with concerts, which makes it a buzzing centre rather than a quiet place for dinner. So while it's great for families during the day, consider your musical tastes before visiting in the evening. Overall, Aquarius offers a combination of gastronomy and culture that will not disappoint many. We would also recommend that you don't miss their dessert menu.

It depends on the restaurant you choose. At higher-end restaurants, such as „grás“ and „Vila Komoda,“ we recommend making a reservation in advance, especially on weekends or during the summer season—you can do this by phone or online. „Šilelis GastroPub“ does not accept reservations—there’s a live line here, so you may have to wait a bit during busy times. At casual spots like „A-petit,“ „Sushi Masters,“ or the „Vandenis“ café, reservations are usually not necessary, but for larger groups or during the peak of the season, it’s a good idea to call ahead and check.
During the off-season (fall–spring), we always recommend checking operating hours in advance—some places have shorter hours during this period or are open only on weekends.

Where can I eat late at night in Palanga?
All six of the places we recommend are open in the evenings, but it’s worth noting that in Palanga, „late at night“ usually means until 10 or 11 p.m., not after midnight—most kitchens close by this time, even during the summer season. Places popular with young people, such as „Šilelis GastroPub“ or the café-music club „Vandenis,“ usually stay open the latest out of all six, especially on weekends when concerts or events are taking place. If you’re planning a very late dinner, it’s a good idea to call ahead and check what time the kitchen closes that day.
