Parking in Palanga is subject to a fee - Parking within the city limits is charged 24 hours a day from 15 May to 15 September inclusive. Parking can be paid by SMS using the UNIPARK app.
During the low season, from 16 September to 14 May inclusive, from 08:00 to 20:00. parking is charged on the green sections of the streetsVytauto g. (from Kęstučio g. to S. Dariaus ir S. Girėno g.), S. Daukanto g. from Kęstučio g. to A. Mickevičiaus g., A. Mickevičiaus g. from S. Daukanto g. to the western boundary of the plot of land at 1 A. Mickevičiaus g., Gedimino g. from Birutės al. to Meilės al. and in the area in front of the building at 36 Birutės al.

Near the sea, in a quieter spot away from the crowds, there is a large, free playground for children—it is located at 28 Šermukšnių Street. If you arrive by car, you can park on this street. However, during the season (May 15–September 15), parking near this park is subject to a fee—1 € per hour.
Is parking at the lot at 16 Vytauto St. paid?
During the summer season (May 15–September 15), parking is subject to a fee—the fee is collected daily from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. During the off-season (September 16–May 14), parking in this lot is free.

How much does it cost to park at Oland's Hat?
This is no longer within the city limits of Palanga. Parking there is metered year-round from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.: the first hour is €2.50, and each additional hour is €3.50.
