Baked quark with mashed strawberries

Oat porridge with caramelised bananas, cinnamon and nut butter.

Cooked custards with vanilla sauce:
- sweeter sauce;
- a saltier sauce.

Homemade granola with grated custard and cherry jam.

Breakfast reservations for the following day are accepted until 20:00

Breakfast can only be booked from 30 September to 1 May.
