What personal data do we collect about you?
When you visit Naspecto Apartments, use our services or browse the Website, or communicate with us directly or through Social Networks, we collect the following personal data from you:
- the information you provide to us when you book the apartment (name, address, email, telephone number, length of stay, number of guests and other additional information);
- information about your payments for services provided by Naspecto;
- the information you provide to us when you interact with us directly or through Social Networks;
- information about your computer and about your visits to and use of our Website, including your IP address and the time and date of your access to the Website;
- video recordings when you visit Naspecto apartments or areas of Naspecto where CCTV cameras are installed;
- information provided to us by third parties about you for which you have given them permission to share it with us;
- other data that are collected on the basis of your consent and that are defined in detail at the time consent is requested from you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the data you provide is accurate, correct and complete. Entering knowingly incorrect data is a violation of this Privacy Policy. In no event shall we be liable for any damage caused to you and/or third parties as a result of you providing incorrect and/or incomplete personal data or failing to request that the data be updated and/or amended as a result of changes to the data.
On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

- the conclusion and performance of a contract with you;
- for the purposes of invoicing and sending you invoices;

- running a loyalty programme;
- to ensure your and/or Naspecto's safety, protection of property, maintenance of public order when visiting Naspecto's apartments or their grounds;
- for direct marketing purposes, i.e. to send you our news and other information related to our services that we consider relevant to you by email or other means (you may opt-out of receiving such news and information at any time by notifying us by email or by clicking the interactive link at the bottom of the notification you receive to opt-out of receiving future direct marketing communications).
We will retain your personal data collected from you in accordance with this Privacy Policy for no longer than required by the stated purposes of the processing of the personal data, but no longer than 3 years after the provision of services to you. Video recordings will be kept for no longer than 30 days from the date of recording. Data necessary for debt management is kept until the debt has been recovered, but no longer than 10 years. When the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes of their processing or when the retention period expires, they will be securely destroyed, except for those which must be transferred to public archives in the cases provided for by law.
Who do we disclose your personal data to?
We may disclose your personal data to our employees, partners and other persons as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove this information. Naspecto provides you with the requested information free of charge when exercising your rights. However, if your request proves to be manifestly unfounded or disproportionate, in particular because of its repetitive content, Naspecto shall be entitled to:
- charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or the notifications or actions requested; or
- refuse to act on the request.
