Your holiday in Palanga
Is there parking at the apartment?
Upon arrival, you can unload your belongings in peace and quiet by briefly leaving your car in the apartment's courtyard right outside the door. Afterwards, you can leave your car for free in our car park just a few hundred metres from the apartment. Free parking in Palanga during low season and your guests are recommended to leave their cars in the public car park at the beginning of Kastyčio g., just 100m from Palanga Visit & SPA apartments. What is the earliest time to check in?
Standard check-in time is from 15:00. If we are able to prepare the apartment earlier, we always inform guests of the earlier check-in option. Earlier check-in is always possible free.
I will arrive late in the evening or at night, how can I get to my apartment?
If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please inform the property. Our staff will send you all the information you need to check in on your own.
Do you provide catering services? Is it possible to book apartments with breakfast?
During low season, guests can order breakfast directly to the apartment from the A-petit restaurant at our reception or by contacting Palanga Visit administration. You can view the breakfast menu HERE
Is the time in the sauna with jacuzzi included in the price?
A private visit to the sauna and jacuzzi area is an additional service not included in the apartment price, unless you take advantage of one of our special offers. What are the opening hours of the spa area? When to book a spa treatment?
Opening hours of the spa area are 9:00 - 21:00. We recommend booking your spa treatment as early as possible due to the limited number of services available - especially if you book at the weekend - to ensure a time that suits you. For reservations and availability, please contact by phone or email.
How can I book an apartment?
You can book your apartment directly on the dates you want, https://www.palangavisit.lt/tikrinti-uzimtuma/ or by contacting our administration by email or phone. By booking on the page www.palangavisit.lt Please fill in all requested fields and you will receive an email with your payment information. When booking by email or phone, your name, email address, phone number and the number of guests arriving will be required for the reservation. You will also receive an email with payment details.
When do I have to pay for my stay?
Confirmation of the reservation requires prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation if more than 7 calendar days prior to arrival, or 100% of the total amount of the reservation if 7 calendar days or less before arrival. The remaining balance can be paid before arrival by bank transfer or on arrival by cash or bank card.
Will I get my deposit back if I can't arrive on the booked date?
If booked and unable to attend Reservation dates can be changed up to 7 calendar days prior to arrival date and upon prior notice to the property. Any price difference due to a change in the reservation price due to possible changes in pricing must be paid within 24 hours of the change. If the value of the changed reservation decreases, the difference is not refundable to the client.
If you make a reservation and cannot arrive, and do not inform the property more than 7 calendar days before the arrival date, or if you do not show up Reservation dates can only be changed by separate agreement with the property, and in case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are accepted in only one of the in apartment "Svaja". Guests are welcome to bring small pets up to 10kg only with prior arrangement with the property! Surcharge applies. Please make sure to bring your pet before you arrive. please contact the apartment's reception.
What items will I find in my apartment?
The apartments come with towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and a hairdryer. The kitchen in each apartment has all the necessary kitchen utensils: crockery, cutlery; and household appliances: hob, fridge, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, coffee capsules for the first morning (extra coffee capsules are always available at reception). For the comfort of our guests, each apartment is air-conditioned, has cable TV and super-fast fibre-optic internet access.
When do I have to deregister?
Check-out until 12.00. Late departures can be booked by prior arrangement with the property, at the following rates:
- Until 15.00 - 20 €;
- Until 17.00 - 30 €;
- After 17:00 - full daily rate for apartment reservation.
